We use the United States Postal Service for all of our shipping. Mostly because they offer the best rates and they will deliver to PO Box addresses. The other shipping companies will not. We ship both US and international. Most packages ship out First Class. Any package over 13 oz in weight must ship Priority Mail per postal regulations. You can choose to ship any package Priority Mail or Express if you need your purchase to arrive sooner. First Class packages usually arrive in 3 to 5 days. Sometimes they take longer. Priority Mail typically arrives in 2 to 3 days. All domestic (Within the US) shipments will include a tracking number which you will receive by email after your package ships.

International packages ship First Class International and will take from 6 to 15 days to arrive depending on where you are located. Packages have been known to take as long, or longer than 3 weeks to arrive. The delay is ALWAYS the receiving countries customs department. Some packages are held for inspection. International packages do not include a tracking number.



All online orders are processed using PayPal. You do not need an account with PayPal to purchase from us. PayPal works just like any other credit card transaction. They accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards. If you have an account with PayPal you can utilize it but you don’t have to sign up with PayPal to make a purchase.

Secure On-Line Ordering

PayPal is the safer, easier way to pay. Unlike other merchants that don’t use PayPal, we never see your credit card information. The PayPal payment window only appears on your computer. PayPal sends us an email showing what you bought and where to send it. We never receive any payment information. It is that simple and that secure. We like PayPal because it also protects us. Since we never handle anyone’s credit card information it eliminates the need for additional security from us.

Product Warranty and Returns:

Returns are accepted for up to 30 days from the purchase date. If you are not satisfied with a product it can be returned. ALL returned items must be in an original and unused condition. Items shipped in retail packaging must be returned with the retail packaging.

Some of the tradeoffs of designing products with extremely lightweight materials are strength and durability. We design our gear to be as light as functionally possible. It is up to you, the user, to determine if an item of gear will serve your needs. Reasonable care is required. If you are rough on your equipment or take it beyond its intended use, this equipment is probably not for you.

We warranty products we manufacture and sell to be free from manufacturing defects. ULTRALIGHT DESIGNS DOES NOT WARRANTY PRODUCTS AGAINST FABRIC FAILURE DUE TO DURABILITY ISSUES. If you are unwilling to accept the limitations of the lighter materials used in our products, do not purchase them, or return them upon receipt in accordance with our return policy.
